She is growing an avocado tree at home. About one year ago it started with planting a pit in a pot. Every day she takes care of her sprout. It grows strong on its sunny spot in the livingroom. The little tree is now 75 centimeters, it has 3 fragile branches and 45 fresh green leaves. But it will take quite some time before she can harvest her home-grown superfoody avocado ‘s. In the meantime she buys Mexican import at the supermarket.

_Ze kweekt een avocadoboom. Een jaar geleden plantte ze een pit in een pot. Elke dag verzorgt ze haar boompje dat op een zonnige plaats in de woonkamer staat. Het groeit stevig, het is nu 75 centimeter groot, heeft 3 kleine takjes en 45 frisgroene blaadjes. Het zal nog wel een hele tijd duren voor ze haar eigen ‘superfoody’ avocado’s kan oogsten. Ondertussen koopt ze Mexicaanse import in de supermarkt. _
